MINYAN CLUB
The Minyan Club was started a long time ago by people who brought wine or liquor and cake when they said kaddish. Later they collected money and served bagels and lox. Rabbi Derby gave lectures and Victor Fetaya ran the Minyan Club. The Minyan Club is the oldest organized group of the Rego Park Jewish Center and it is still going strong.Sunday morning prayer and breakfast. Synagogue leaders teach about the holidays, Jewish laws and life. Open to men and women.
We start in early September and are going strong till end of May.
